Sign up on CRICZA by creating your account with basic details to start booking your favorite turf easily.
Find a Turf Near You
Enter your PIN code to discover turfs near your location. You can also search directly by the turf name if you already know it.
Select Your Slot
Choose your preferred date and available time slot for playing.
Make Secure Payment
Click on the Pay Now button and complete your booking through our secure payment system.
Booking Confirmation
Once payment is successful, your booking will appear in the Booking Section, and you will also receive a confirmation email from CRICZA.
Visit Turf & Verify Booking
When you arrive to play, simply show the Order ID provided by CRICZA to the turf owner or manager for verification.
Enjoy Your Game
After verification, enter the turf and enjoy your game with your team.

CRICZA Policies
Customer Policies
- • All users must create a valid account with accurate details before making any booking on CRICZA.
- • Full payment must be completed successfully to confirm any turf booking.
- • Customers are requested to reach the turf on time as per the booked slot.
- • If the customer fails to arrive at the turf after booking, CRICZA will not provide any refund.
- • Booking time once started cannot be extended unless approved by the turf owner.
- • Customers must maintain discipline, respect property, and follow turf rules during play.
- • Any damage caused to turf property or equipment may result in additional charges.
- • Customers must carry the Order ID or booking confirmation for verification before entry.
- • Refunds or rescheduling may only apply if the turf owner cancels the booking or due to verified technical issues.
- • CRICZA reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or inappropriate behavior.
Turf Owner Policies
- • Turf owners must provide correct business details, location, pricing, and available slot timings.
- • Owners are responsible for maintaining turf quality, safety, cleanliness, and basic facilities.
- • Owners must honor all confirmed bookings received through the CRICZA platform.
- • Owners should verify the customer booking using the provided Order ID before allowing entry.
- • Owners must update unavailable slots, maintenance closures, or holiday schedules in advance.
- • Any cancellation from the owner side should be updated immediately to avoid inconvenience to customers.
- • Owners must behave professionally with all customers and provide fair service.
- • Owners must not collect extra unauthorized charges outside the booking amount unless clearly mentioned.
- • Repeated customer complaints may lead to suspension or removal from the CRICZA platform.
- • CRICZA acts as a booking platform and reserves the right to modify service policies for smooth operations.
